Vintage Library Shoot including Vintage Darkroom 1930's 40's 6 Models Nottingham 7th June 2026
Join us for this extraordinary photography workshop at a beautiful historic library. This is a private library full of dark wood, amazing nooks and crannies, lots of books, and more importantly, an incredible array of backdrops for your photographs!
Set over three floors, our venue is steeped in history, becoming one of the first subscription libraries in 1816, long before the establishment of public libraries. From a mysterious codebreaker to wartime archivist and a vintage darkroom technician, each of our six incredible characters tells a silent story beneath the weight of history tucked in every book spine. This is more than nostalgia, it’s a tribute to the minds, memories, and mysteries that have worked amongst these storied shelves.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced photographer, this is a unique opportunity to refine your skills, capture stunning images, and be inspired by the beauty of this amazing location. We have exclusive access to the whole of the library for the day.
We have six amazing models joining us for the day, and you will be working with each model, or our model couple, in a group of 4 photographers. Lighting will be on site, both flash and continuous and a lighting technician to ensure you can get the most out of the day. We also have an amazing vintage hairstylist, Nett Gray, joining us.

All of our lineup are experienced and professional models who have been hand picked by myself to suit the location and themes of the day. Josh and Mia will be modelling together along with some amazing vintage bikes.

Our themes are from the 30's & 40's, including a vintage darkroom setup, vintage bikes, a librarian and a mysterious codebreaker.
