Dystopian Abandoned Junkyard Shoot 6 Models Preston Day 2 17th May 2026
A brand new theme for 2026! Join us in this derelict wasteland where we will encounter six creatures facing an uncertain, dystopian future. We have six amazing models and a set designer joining us. With some very special themes and styling, you are guaranteed to walk away with some amazing images. This is a full day event and you will work in groups of three photographers to one model.

There are just 18 spaces available on this event. I’ve deliberately kept group sizes small to ensure a relaxed shoot where everyone has the same opportunity to shoot on a 121 basis with our fabulous models.
Our Venue
Our venue has two parts on the day, an incredible rustic car yard and an abandoned post apocalyptic 'camp'. Over both sites there are variety of backdrops, retro vehicles and different spaces and will really suit our theme! The camp location will have two set builds from the amazing Amanda Caroline Couture. You will spend half the session (10-1) at one location and then swap over lunchtime to work at the other location in the afternoon (2-5). There will be three models at each location and the locations are 2 mins drive/5 mins walk apart.

Meet Our Characters
A fusion of fire priestess and wasteland marauder, she is powerful, wild, and elemental. She doesn’t just survive the apocalypse but burns paths through it. Our model for this is a professional fire performer.
A fallen angel who chose to remain on Earth after humanity's collapse, sacrificing her divinity to protect what little light remains. She wanders the wastelands as both guardian and ghost of a world undone.
A ruthless scavenger of the poisoned seas, Rustjaw wanders the wasteland, endlessly searching for his lost ship, whilst plundering derelict cities and trading chaos for fuel and relics.
A former nurse turned prophet, Sister Mercy preaches that the apocalypse was divine cleansing. She believes that only through fire and obedience can humanity be reborn.
After losing his memory in the blast that ended the world, Soldier 39 defends what’s left of humanity with fierce determination and no idea who he really is.
Veyra is a clairvoyant, but not a gentle one. She's the kind who sees things no one wants to know - death, betrayal, or catastrophe. She doesn’t offer hope; she offers truth.

Will there be lighting?
The sets will be lit and elsewhere there will be lighting available to use where needed - it will be a mixture of flash and LED. Please note this is not a taught session but you will be shown how to use the lighting if requested.What if it rains?
There are sufficient indoor spaces so this event will go ahead in the case of rain.The cost? An astonishingly good value £275 per person for the day which includes all location fees, model fees and costuming.
£75 pp deposit to secure your space, with the final balance payable 28 days before event. .
